Party Decorations

Trying to get a few ideas for party decorations since Kati's bachelorette party is in early August and I'm hosting (at least for a portion of the party). I really like the paper lanterns, which I've seen before. I saw a tissue paper pom kit from Martha Stewart at Micheals the other day and thought that those were pretty fun as well. I'd prefer to do bright and cheery colors since I know that's what Kati likes. Hopefully I can find some decorations that will be on the cheap side since I'm on a budget.
