Classic look
I love this look of a classic white oxford shirt with a khaki skirt. So simple, so perfect. And those black pumps are a great touch.

Drive-in Movie Night
Headed to the drive-in tonight! I haven't been to a drive-in since I was a kid, so this should be fun!

Sweet Cottage
I really think cottage living would be for me. I love cozy spaces, and this cottage with a front porch swing? Love it.

By the pool
No money for a vacation this year, so looking at pictures online of pretty locations will have to suffice. I do love being by the water and since I don't like swimming in the ocean, I love being in a pool right by the ocean. I wouldn't mind being transported to either of these places right now. Calgon take me away.......

Coco avant Chanel
Looking forward to seeing this movie, starring Audrey Tautou. The list of movies I want to see is so long, I should be watching a movie a day. Some are still not out in theaters, but there are many I want to rent.

Carla Bruni-Sarkozy
~Fashion Icon~
I love the sophisticated style of Carla Bruni-Sarkozy. Carla is the wife of French president Nicholas Sarkozy. She is a former model, which explains her good taste and why she looks amazing. I first noticed her style when pictures were released of her and Michelle Obama meeting. Both are very stylish first ladies.

Clean, simple interiors
I think I would be very content and happy in all of these rooms. I love all the natural light, white, and plants.

The Ledge
Just saw a clip of the new Sears Tower (Willis) Skydeck. I kinda want to see this next time I'm in Chicago, though I might chicken out once I get there! It is referred to as "The Ledge," (which reminds me of that Third Eye Blind song called "Jumper") and you are standing 103 floors above Chicago streets on a sheet of glass. Might not be good for those who are afraid of heights!

City Garden
Had a great 4th of July weekend! On Friday I drove across the river to St. Louis for some holiday festivities. I went with some friends down to the Arch grounds for free music and fireworks. Always a treat. On our walk to the arch we stopped by the new City Garden that just opened up this year, right in the middle of downtown. It's filled with various sculptures, fountains, walkways, and landscaping. Pretty interesting. At night it was especially pretty with all of the lights.
